What Is Momentum?
Energy & Belief
Momentum is energy — created from belief. It starts within one person, long before outward results appear.
Hard Work Meets Timing
Momentum is when hard work catches up with opportunity, which catches up with timing, which catches up with system.
Confidence Transfer
Momentum is a transference of confidence — people make quick decisions without overthinking because they're steady in your belief.
You Know It When It's There
When you're in momentum, nobody has to tell you. There's so much happening you literally cannot keep up.
Momentum Never Happens by Accident
"Momentum never happens for the person who wasn't preparing for it. The behavior has to be in alignment to have deserved the momentum when it shows up."
What looks like overnight success is years of consistent, correct action — doing the things successful people said worked, with no personal evidence yet that it would pay off. You have to go through the childbirth of birthing the momentum. Become someone for whom it would be reasonable that momentum would show up at your door.
Don't Stop If You're Not There Yet
The Warning
If you're not feeling the wave right now, don't quit. You may not have fully prepped for this wave — but if you give up, you won't be able to sustain the momentum that's here and growing.
The Prescription
Plug into your IPAs. Be the person people want to be in momentum with. You have to be pregnant for nine months to have the baby. Do the work, stay consistent, and be attracted to the momentum that's building around you.
Where Does Momentum Come From?
Momentum doesn't happen to you — it happens as a result of what you've done. The fastest way to create it: find people who want something different than they currently have, and help them get it. Then repeat. That compounds.
You Cannot Inspire If You Are Not Inspired
Take Ownership of Your Inspiration
High performers don't wait for inspiration to arrive. They go find it. Sometimes you have to take action first — the feeling follows.
Belief Is Contagious
If you believe your goals are possible and you're actively pursuing them, you become contagious to others. It all starts with what you think and believe.
Even Belief in Others Counts
"I didn't wholeheartedly believe in myself, but I looked at her and I definitely believed in her." Communicating belief in other people is just as powerful.
Building Consistent, Reliable Income
Treat It Like a Job
Ask yourself: if you were your boss, would you fire you? Consistent income comes from consistent, job-level effort — not hobby-level dabbling. There is no back door.
You're Paid on Value
You're always paid in direct proportion to the value you bring the company. Add a new leader leg, add value, make more money. Keep adding value — that's the formula.
Layers of Impact
You get paid in direct proportion to the layers of impact you make. Your customers are one layer. Their customers are another. That ripple effect is residual income — every month someone is positively impacted, you're paid again.
Shore Up by Helping Others
The way to stabilize your income is to help other people create stable income. Find people who want this to be their thing too, and build it together.
Income Sustainability = The Fitness Analogy
"Can I make a lot of money is very different than can I keep making the money? The way you keep the weight off is by doing the things that got you there — maybe not the same intensity, but definitely the same consistency."
Building income here takes hard work, discipline, and consistency — a lot of saying no to yourself. Yes, it's possible to make a lot of money quickly. But keeping it requires doing what got you there. This is a career option, a really good one — treat it as such.
Creating Business Builders: The Process
01
Dig for Talent
Don't try to "make" a business builder — go looking for talent. Ask questions: "How would you feel about doing this?" Uncover their objection and keep the conversation going.
02
Speak Their Language
Know what they want — travel, income, freedom — and cast vision around that. Vision casting is what gets people on the journey with you. It can't just be a scripted message.
03
Lock Arms & Repeat
Pour belief into them, help them get their first win, then repeat the process. One silver becomes two, becomes five. That compounds into momentum.
04
Tolerance of Repetition
It's the same conversations, the same nudges, the same follow-ups — over and over. One diamond took five months of consistent follow-up to go silver, then hit Emerald within 11 months.
Common Mistakes When Building Leaders
Believing Their Objections
When you respond with "I totally understand," you validate the objection. Instead, think: they don't know what I know yet. Offer a counter perspective — plant the seed of "what if I'm wrong?"
Leaving Too Soon
Building leaders requires intense stick-to-itiveness. Fragile belief is borrowed belief — if you leave before they have traction, you risk breaking it. Take them through micro successes all the way.
Looking for Need vs. Fit
Don't just look for people who need the income — look for people who would be good at the model. Natural community builders, connectors, and problem-solvers are your talent.
Shying Away from Problems
When a builder stalls, don't avoid it. Say: "It sounds like you have some decisions to make." Put it back on them. That's the most loving thing you can do.
Micro Successes & Pushing Them Forward
What Are Micro Successes?
Move someone from 3 VIPs to 6, then cast vision for Senior Silver, then Gold. Each step builds evidence behind them and grows their confidence.
Push Them Out Front
Help them become their own problem solver — the hero of their own story. They shouldn't always depend on you. Develop their own talent and skills so they lead independently.
Handling Objections Like a Diamond
"I Don't Have Time"
The busiest people are most successful here — they know how to get things done. Also: this isn't trading hours for dollars. You get paid on results, not time. Show them the income potential and suddenly they find the time.
"I'm Not a Salesperson"
Great — we don't want salespeople. We're in a service-based industry. "If I could show you tools that are purely about connecting people to solutions, would that be in your comfort zone?" Move on quickly — no big speech needed.
Every Objection Is a Layer
The first objection is never the real one. Each one gets closer to their heart. Just say: "That's interesting — tell me more." Get curious. Get excited. You're getting somewhere.
Be Antifragile
"Antifragile means not only does the stress and pressure not break you — it makes you stronger. Like exercise: you tear down the muscle fibers so they build back stronger."
Five Minutes
When you have a letdown, give yourself five minutes. No more. Don't go to the sideline. Don't complain. Scarcity does not attract.
Love the Process
You never know what tomorrow brings. A big fish who said no for two years might say yes next week. Loving the process is the opposite of scarcity.
It's a Choice
You may not have started antifragile — but you become it. Every hurdle, every quit, every no is shaping you. That's a decision you get to make.
You're Here for a Reason
"Every single thing that you're here for is because you were meant to make an impact on other people. My kids have their parents fully present because of this. That's generational. That's so much bigger than products."
When you have those ebbs and flows, know that every diamond on this call has been there too. We keep doing these calls because when one person rises, we all rise together. This is not your story to walk away from.
Keep Going
Don't stop between the waves.
Stay Consistent
Prepare so momentum finds you.
Rise Together
Your impact is generational.
